Senior Management & Efficiency Analyst Stephanie Mendez will explain how ANYONE can make meaningful improvements to rise to greater challenges.

About Ms. Mendez

Stephanie Mendez is a Senior Management & Efficiency Analyst with the Office of Facilities and Environmental Quality. After spending 8 years in the United States Marine Corps, Stephanie came to Commerce and applied the same dedication and eye for operational excellence to business processes and personal performance and applying this to the program level. Her current position focuses on program development and management, human and resource strategic planning, employee engagement, operational structure and culture improvement, and efficiency management. She is a John’s Hopkins MBA Candidate and in her spare time she works to help Veterans gain employment, determine their career pathways, and develop into successful professionals.
