Please join us for coffee and snacks while you learn about new content on ProQuest Congressional. ProQuest Congressional is a digital platform that allows you to search large sets of historic and current U.S. government documents.

NEW collections available to you include:

  • Statistical Abstract of the United States (1929-2017) - the authoritative and comprehensive summary of statistics on the social, political and economic conditions of the United States.
  • U.S. Serial Set (1789-2017) – a series of reports and documents published by Congress. 
  • Congressional Hearings (1824-2017) – a collection of published and unpublished hearings held by Congress.

Visiting the Library for the first time?

The Commerce Research Library is located in the northwest corner of the building on the first floor, directly below the gym. It has two entrances. The entrance to the Reading Room (room 1894) can be accessed via the 8th corridor elevator at the north end of the building. The entrance to the Business Library (room 1984) can be accessed from the 6th corridor elevator.
